Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. If you change your mind about enrolling in a course, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of registration.
- The course must be at least 14 days away from the start date at the time of your request.
- You must not have accessed any course content, including eLearning materials, resources, or attended live sessions.
If these conditions are met, we will process your refund promptly. If you’re unsure whether a course is the right fit, we encourage you to contact us first via our support form—we’re happy to help you decide.
Cancellation
You may cancel your enrollment at any time before the course start date. To cancel, please contact us via our support form. Note that:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund if the above refund conditions are met.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date or after accessing the course content are not eligible for a refund.
- Once a course has started, no partial refunds are provided for missed sessions or content.
Special Considerations
If you experience exceptional circumstances that prevent you from participating, please reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee a refund outside the above terms, we will work with you on alternative solutions, such as credit for a future course.
