We believe that change starts with the individual. This is expressed in our name: Koru is a Maori symbol for new life, growth, and strength; Mo is our founder’s nickname. The spiral shape signifies the inner journey that must manifest in outer change in the world. The KORUMO journey will help our clients to thrive at their most brilliant edge.

We are an international team of coaches and development facilitators rooted in Africa and Europe. Our signature approach is a dynamic and creative way to facilitate interactive processes and powerful conversations, face-to-face or online. Our engagements are grounded in a coaching framework, infused with mindfulness and body awareness. In doing so, we seek to inspire new ways of being and doing business that are unique to our clients.

Our organisational clients are international development corporations, research institutes, regional networks, and social justice organisations, many of whom have a gender or LGBTIQ+ focus.
